Refund Policy

We're committed to transparency and fairness when it comes to refunds. Here's what you need to know about our refund process and your options.

Look, we get it. Sometimes things don't work out the way you'd hoped. Whether your circumstances have changed or our program isn't the right fit, we want to make the refund process as straightforward as possible.

Our approach is based on what we think is fair for both sides. You'll find our policy pretty clear-cut, and we've avoided burying important details in legal jargon.

Time-Based Eligibility

You have 14 days from your enrollment date to request a full refund if you haven't accessed more than two modules of course content.

Content Access Limits

Once you've accessed three or more modules, partial refunds may apply based on the content you've consumed and the time elapsed.

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies, job relocations, or other significant life changes are reviewed individually and may qualify for exceptions to standard policy.

How the Refund Process Works

Submit Your Request

Send an email to [email protected] with your enrollment details, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation. We respond to most requests within 48 hours.

Review Period

Our team reviews your request and checks your account activity. We might reach out if we need additional information or if there's a way we can help address your concerns before processing a refund.

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email explaining whether your refund has been approved, the amount (if partial), and the expected timeline for processing. This usually happens within 3-5 business days.

Payment Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, you should see the funds within 5-10 business days.

Within First 14 Days, Minimal Content Access

If you've enrolled but barely started exploring the material, you're eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

  • 100% refund of program cost
  • Access to platform will be revoked upon refund processing
  • Processing typically takes 5-7 business days

After 14 Days But Before 30 Days

Things get a bit more nuanced here. We calculate partial refunds based on content accessed and time enrolled.

  • Refund calculated as percentage of unused content
  • Minimum 30-day access period is non-refundable
  • Each completed module reduces refundable amount proportionally

Beyond 30 Days

After a month, we generally don't offer refunds since you've had substantial access to materials. But we do consider exceptional circumstances.

  • Standard refunds typically not available
  • Medical or emergency situations reviewed case-by-case
  • May offer program credit or transfer to future cohort instead

Important Things to Remember

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We can't split refunds across different accounts or payment methods.
  • If you purchased through a payment plan, refunds are calculated based on the full program cost, not just payments made to date.
  • Downloaded materials, certificates, or completed assignments aren't eligible for individual refunds as standalone items.
  • Group coaching sessions attended or one-on-one consultations used are factored into any partial refund calculations.
  • Third-party payment processing fees (around 2-3%) are typically non-refundable regardless of refund eligibility.

When Refunds Don't Apply

We want to be upfront about situations where refunds typically aren't available, so there are no surprises down the road.

Promotional or Discounted Enrollments

Programs purchased during special promotions, scholarship awards, or at significantly reduced rates may have different refund terms specified at the time of purchase.

Completed Programs

Once you've accessed all modules and completed the program, refunds aren't available. By that point, you've received the full value of what you paid for.

Violation of Terms

If your access was terminated due to policy violations, sharing account credentials, or inappropriate conduct, you won't be eligible for a refund.

External Course Bundles

Some programs include access to third-party tools, software, or resources. Once these external services have been activated, that portion of your fee typically can't be refunded.
